Although we have clearly stated many times that there will never be a fifth member (apart from honorary ones) The fact is that the four current ninjas lack certian skills nessecary for some long term missions. On account of this, they have decided to interveiw 100 trained ninjas to find one that can join the SNN. After careful consideration, they have narrowed it down to these four.
